Don't be so quick to judge people. What you see on TV is not fully indicative of their real personality. They have an audience, they have a boss, they have a job to do or a position to win, and they'll do what they have to.

I'm getting off topic, but you get my point. If you think that Hiliary and Bill Clinton would be happy to see Chelsea with a black man or a once-a-gay-man turned back to straight, you're out of your mind. If you secretly strapped a mic to Hiliary or any Democrat of your choice and listen to their conversations 24/7, I guarantee your mind would be blown. They are just people like you and I. I bet you talk to your family about how you don't have anything personal against blacks but you wouldn't want any family members to fall in love with them and bring them home. Knowing history and understanding history is almost literally two completely different things. It's like doing a complicated math problem where one student just write the answer on it without having any clue as to what he's doing like copying someone's answer. While the other student can explain to you why he got that answer and can literally tell you step by step.

I think it's safe to say that Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican. Many people seem to make that claim even though it's debatable. What's not debatable is that during Reconstruction, virtually all blacks were Republicans and they were that way right until the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s.....and then what happened today? The majority of blacks are Democrats, the party of the original KKK?

Let's not confused Abraham Lincoln and the Progressive Republicans of those days with today's moron Republicans.

I think he is calling you out because your statement is rather pointless.  Its nothing more than a history lesson that adds to value to this argument today.

However if the Democratic party is still fill with the KKK (like the Republicans are now) then your point is valid, but because that happened a long time ago when times were different, its rather moot.

The Democratic Party is STILL RACIST AS EVER. They are just employing a new tactic. 

Meanwhile, GOP ideology is still the same whether they have KKK members or non-KKK members. And since we're on that subject, I bet many of you are completely IGNORANT OF THE KKK. You only associate themselves with the clan of the past. 

For some reason it offends you that some white people are only interested in promoting their race. Well if that's the case then this is going to be a hard pill for you to swallow BUT ALL RACES ARE IN IT TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES. Yes, including Blacks, Latinos, and Asians.

Anyhoo, the reason many southern KKK members switched parties (even though political parties didn't change) is because they didn't like the direction of the Democratic Party, which was quickly becoming too socialist. The Dems did this in order to win minority votes. They knew that if they played on the victimization of minorities they would raise stock voters out of them. In essence, they have created a new type of slavery-plantation right here in America. Well, KKK members aren't interested in a communist state. After all, these are the people who tried to break away from the Union, remember? So it would be a direct conflict of their beliefs to have an even bigger government.

But minorities are so damn dumb. Anytime election comes around you can always find them worrying about what it means for their government entitlement programs.  I don't have to be a KKK member to see that is pretty damn tragic and disgusting. Perhaps I'm just too independent, self-sufficient, and ambitious to wait around for a damn government paycheck in the mail. AND, I just don't like money being taken out of my paycheck to feed someone who is able-bodied like me.
