They're being given to states, counties, cities that are a safe haven for "illegals" even those that have a violent history or be deported multiple times. Not only that... a lot of given to "illegals" to pay for their colleges.

I still prefer that the money goes to the military. It is not the government's job to help you become rich, or feed you, or clothe you, or house you, or educate you, or even provide medical care. But it is the role of the government to secure borders.
