I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

can you help me build motivation?

Motivation is a mind set.  First perhaps set very short term goals that are achievable by your own standards.

For example, today or tomorrow will jog for 1 mile.   If one cannot fulfill that little goal, it makes it much harder to have motivation to fulfill a much larger goal.

One method to achieve is give oneself an incentive, a treat yourself.  If I can do this, I will treat myself to that.  Be mindful that the treat should not undo the goal.
