Sad DV situation.  The defendant claims it was an accident.  Hard to believe.

Yeh. It is heard to believe. I say it's attempted murder. Whether the gears in reverse or not and accidentally stepping on the accelerator, there should be ample time to stop the vehicle with the emergency hand brake.

It's her fault for being in the garage at that time. If she wasn't in there, it wouldn't happen because she's in control of her husband's actions. It's also her fault for marrying her husband in regards to other issues they've had because she's in control of her husband's actions... ;D ;D ;D

Of course, she's at fault/bear responsibility . Why wouldn't she not be? People just don't suddenly change over night and plan to kill. There's always a reason. Simpletons like you likes to just accept simple conclusions that one party is totally innocent and the other 100% guilty.

And idiots like you can't even grasp the "Simpletons" concept of you can't control others' actions. Hope if you get violated one day and you didn't ask for it, you blame yourself. Otherwise, you're a hypocrite...
