Anyways....i was walking to my car and this guy comes over and ask how much mpg i get with it..

I told him about 23..

He asked if i mind if he looks inside of it.

I didnt mind and even popped the the hood for hi. To check out.

I told him  its got about 240 hp if hes into that kinda thing..

He said he was looking to lease somethig new, i told him they stopped making them in 2008.

I told him the miata looks similar to the s2000, they are still making them..

And he was like...if thats what an s2000 looks like, thats what he likes, not the miata...

He said everytime he see one he likes it but he just dont know what it is.

I was asked him if he knew how to drive a stick, i was going to let him test drive it..but he didnt have time.


I knew it, every guy secretly likes and wants an s2000.

Cmon man...it isnt goi g to beat a stock s2k...

I just looked at the 0-60..and quarte mile..


At its about at least a good second diffrenece...t hats alot of car lengths...

I understand your escapes got a few upgrades but we all know its going to take at least a good extra 100 hp to close that 1 second gap...and the escape is heavier so...maybe even more than that...

My S2000 has been sitting for a while now. Its been on the road course a few times and on a road trip a couple years ago. I'm debating if I should trade it for a different roadster. I'm becoming more of a grand tourer guy now.

I rarely even vtec the s2k...

I only went 4th to 2nd once, and I've owned it for about a year now...

I still love the s2k... but I do really really like the teggie.

No I wouldn't miss it cause I would of upgraded to something better. M6, Z06, Viper, Lotus...

Out of those, the only one id get is the viper if its that acr viper 2017..or a stingray vette..those look real nice...or the lotus..the evora ones...

But id still would miss the s2k...being that thise other cars have so much power youre never really going to have a chance to open them up...

Kinda like with my s2k...ita only got 240 but...i cant ever open it up or full max push it through the canyons and mountains..

Where as the teggie..i can stand on the gas pedal all day going through the canyons and mountains...

Im assuming thats why i miss driving the teggie.

I can get on it real hard and honestly not even be over 60 mph and it feel like im going all out redlining hitting vtec etc etc..

Not true, not true at all.  I would much rather have a truck than a s2000.  And I think s2000s are ugly anyway.  But that's my opinion.
