The Messicans are very smart. The legal ones operate non-profit organizations and position their gatekeepers in the school administration to hoard all the resources and funding for their people - this includes the illegals, too. Housing, job training, ESL, WIC, W2, SSI, etc. go to the Messicans.

Bilingual hurt Hmong students. Think of the money it costs to hire Spanish-speaking paraprofession als and community coordinators when it could've been used to pay for new computers, books, media center, etc.

It also takes away jobs from Hmong living in that district. The administration is apt to hire a Spanish-speaker over a Hmong.

If they do make it to college, most of them will accrue a huge student loan debt while working jobs that barely pay more than $25k/year.
