My mom puts ginger in a pepper dish with dry beef (shredded, and smack so it's soft), it has cilantro, garlic, and green onions :)

I have an aunt who does ginger pepper with just cilantro, green onions, ginger, and chili peppers.

I've had ginger with beef jerky, with venison jerky, and with chicken gizzards before.   O0

I'll have to try ginger with cilantro, green onions, and chili peppers.   :)

I only bought it once from the asian deli section thinking it was the usual beef I make. They must have fried the fish though.Try it and let me know if you like it. :)

I have done larb fish before with my dad and it taste awesome! I feel it's even better because the meat is softer and the texture is easier going down.
