Well, im never going to post any vids of myself...
But i wanted to challenge the folks in here...
It would benefit them...
The thing is...i dont recommend doing a push up and situp/abs challenge the same time...
I found out the hardway that if you do it at the same time...
You wont be able to continue the challenge the next day..
Your abs will be so ..."hurt"...when you try to do pushups the next day your abs...will feel like a knife cutting it...
I had to literally rest for 2 weeks..
So if you do plan on doing the challenge, and actually out of shape like myself, i recommend dont do 300..do 150...
