Sexual Harassment... different from guys than from girls...

A story from back in the day....

I use to work at a place...

and there was this lady there...

and whenever you'd go to her office... you'd knock first obviously...

and you know what she'd say? 

She's say "come"...


that's all she'd say...

She wouldn't say "come on in"...

She'd just say "come".....

I remember my guy co-worker be saying to me there's sexual tension between her and him because she would say weird things...

and so I tell him the story of her saying "come"....

and he said "yeah, that's what I mean... she always be saying things like that"...

Honestly, we both didn't care or mind or made a big deal out of it... to us it was just whatever...

And to be honest... I don't think it was about any sexual tension at all...

But anyways!


I'm sure if it was a guy in the office and saying that to female co-workers...

man... that's a complaint and someone's getting fired.


IT's so funnie...like us guys... don't even think it as a sexual harassment kinda way... we just think "man... she's a freak!!  she want it!"...

Guys view things differently than girls... especially when it comes to "sexual" things...

It's a little bit about guy/girl perception but it's also the time era. I remember when I was in high school, kids (male/female) will be grabbing each others' butts and nothing would be made about it. Now, you can't even compliment a woman on her clothes or it's sexual harassment.
