Job with computer

How do those people who's job involved staring at a computer monitor all day long do it day after day? Some even turned up their monitors bright white too.

Dim the monitor.

Have some music playing in the background.

On many occasion I've walked the length of the entire warehouse. Or else I'll go and chew the fat with our Production teams while I "help them" with any work they may have.

Depends on the individual as tolerance level varies...

You have to like it. It's not for everyone. Some people will get bored out of their mind, but I've grown accustomed to it. I work from home too, so when I'm tired of looking at the screen, I go and take a 2 or 3 hour lunch or do things around the house or take a nap and that makes it tolerable.
