If we look at Jewish history we see the great King David.  David was a courageous warrior who rose from being a shepard to being the King.  He fell from God's grace and his son Solomon took over as King.  Solomon also fell from God's grace.  In sadness and regret, God withdrew from the Israelite and Jewish people.  Their kingdom fell as God foretold through his prophets.  With this in mind, the Jewish people are looking for a messiah that would return them to their golden age liken to height of Israel and Judea.  When they saw Jesus he did not fit the image they desired -- a great warrior to conquer the world and return Israel and Judea to the top again.  Thus, they rejected the carpenter like how they rejected all priors claiming to be the messiah.

So who is Jesus?  The Gospel of John probably best describe who is Jesus: truth, word, way, life, redeemer, etc...

15 He said to them, “And who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered,
“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 And Jesus answered him,
“You are blessed, Simon son of Jonah, because flesh and blood did not reveal
this to you, but my Father in heaven!” (Matthew 16:15-17)

The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you,
and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason
the holy Child shall be called the Son of God (Luke 1:35)

God the Father, the angel Gabriel, His own disciples, the Apostle Paul,
and even the demons acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God. Although
Adam, angels, Israel, peacemakers, and Christians are all called "sons of God"
the Scripture designates Jesus as the unique Son of God. He possesses the
same nature as the Father - God. However He is not a literal offspring for
He has existed for all eternity. The Bible often uses the word "son" in the
sense of "possessing the nature of." Jesus is the "Son" of God in this
sense- possessing the nature of God. The title "Son" does not, in any way,
suggest the Son if inferior to the Father.

The Israelites did not view Jesus as a good and wise man. He was labeled a false messiah and crucified.

The coming messiah that many Jews await is a political and military leader like the beloved King David.

And that is how multiple version of Jesus came about.  You are also welcome to tell about your own version of Jesus too.  And then feel free to build your own religion from your own version of Jesus.  ;D

Just because you are ignorant doesn't make mine just one of the many versions. Mine is the true viewpoint straight from the Jews and agreed by Christian scholars.

It is not difficult to create your version of Jesus.  You can even add that part to it too.  It is so agreeable, that's why Christianity was create along with multiple other religion as well.  They created their own version of Jesus.  Where is yours?  ;D
