60 v-ups
I'm not sure what these are but 120 twist sit ups?
120 something, i don't know what it's call, I just do them becuase when I did them my abs hurt alot the next morning so I know it's a good ab workout(best done with a partner of the oppossite sex!)
120 4 count swimmers
60 supermans
80 incline push ups
80 regular push ups
It might sound like alot or a little.. I don't know.. but it can all be done.. just break it apart that's what I do.
If you read it, I guess it does sound like alot... but to be honest... my abs don't even hurt after I do them... so I guess I have to increase the number? Or come up with some other kind of ab work out. They are a little bit on fire when I do them.. but right now.. my abs don't even hurt. :S
I'll still keep doing them though!
