Did my 6 miles elliptical and treadmill...

did 50 sit ups..

and some chest press...  Just little weights though.. I mean, I just want to do enough to where my chest is sore... i'm  not looking to get a big chest.. I feel like sometimes the chest press works better than regular push ups...

Anyways... I'm pooped!  I'm tired out!  But I guess I better do my gorilla workout later... Just abs though...  we'll see what I do!  I don't know for sure yet.

My future me will thank me later!

Did 4 miles...and 52 card workout...

Unfortunately im working overnight tonight so I can go get my workout on..

DanG. ..all this running is making legs huRte. ..well, more like a sore.

No abs, no upper body..

Man..

I'm actually getting a bit too tired..

But I'll make it up tomorrow...



The days start tooo early...

the work last so long..

the night is to short..

and I need my sleep!

Tommorow I'll do some workouts at home.

I just wish my gym opened up earlier..

ugh...

this morning workout is... so blah!

When I'm done it'll be 150 push ups!?  that's alot for these little arms chest.

Oh wells... one more little round...

Then it's off to the treadmill and elliptical..

maybe some basketball too?!

Already showered and ate but I did about 8 miles today... dang...

and prior to that..

If you want to do it too..

120 4 count flutter kicks
80 4 count russian twists
80 4 count crunches
60 v-ups
I'm not sure what these are but 120 twist sit ups?
120 something, i don't know what it's call, I just do them becuase when I did them my abs hurt alot the next morning so I know it's a good ab workout(best done with a partner of the oppossite sex!)
120 4 count swimmers
60 supermans
80 incline push ups
80 regular push ups

It might sound like alot or a little.. I don't know.. but it can all be done.. just break it apart that's what I do.

If you read it, I guess it does sound like alot... but to be honest... my abs don't even hurt after I do them... so I guess I have to increase the number?  Or come up with some other kind of ab work out. They are a little bit on fire when I do them.. but right now.. my abs don't even hurt.  :S

I'll still keep doing them though!

Dang, yesterday was a doozie...  I am bushwacked!

Still sore...lets just say the work out was pretty darn intense..



Today, you know what it is, still sore from yesterday but I did about  7.5 miles..
I'll do some abs later and you know homework out stuff.. after I refuel and feel better...

I'm feeling so sore and weak right now!  Oh wells!

No pain no gain.

Been slacking off on my home work out..


I should be doing it everyday... but just been doing it like every 3-4 days..


I tell you what... the running wears me out so that I'm to tired to do any of it.

I'll pick it up now try to do it daily..

allright!  You know what it is..

So it's not really much but here it is if you wanna do it too..

4 sets of this

15 v ups
20 4 count crunches
20 4 count heel toucher's?
30 4 count bridges I guess that's what I call it
30 4 count flutter kicks
20 left twist crunches
20 right side crunches
30 4 count swimmers
15 supermans
15 regular push ups
15 incline push ups(you know where you prop your feet on the chair and do pushups)
15 squats
15 4 count arm rolls foward
15 4 count arm rolls backwards
 
Also did a little dumbells too if you got it.

Whatever weights you can, it's not alot of reps

10 curls
10 overhead Press?  I don't know what it's called, you just lift it over your head

It's not really alot but it's still something.


Give it a try! 

Now it's off to the gym to do some cardio... maybe get on some machines?!  I don't know..but definately cardio on the elliptical for 30 mins.
