Did a mile this morning

Already did my 100 squats and push ups as well

More to do later...

And I'm glad your thighs are shaking!!

Keep it up!!!  Eventually you'll be like me and be touching them all the time becuase they are so tight+

did 6 miles

200 push ups
100 sit ups

Tommorow I'll go back to the superman etc routine because I 'll have more time.

There's just not enough hours in the day... I really have to catch up on my sleep.

6 miles completed..

100 push ups done
100 situps done
100 squats done

And an extra 50.

I went swimming today.  And I don't know how to swim.  And I did pretty good.  I got week legs and weak arms.

Dang!

I slacked off yesterday and today..

Tommorow I'll have to do 300 sit ups, push ups, and squats..

Man ole man!  don't know if I'll be able to do it but oh wells.

No pain no gain.  I needa run and probably will swim tomorrow too.

Sorrie I haven't been posting in the past couple days..

Took the weekend to check out a historical city.

And didn't do any of the challenge nor run.

Today I'm trying to make up my challenge..

200 out of 300 push ups/situps/squats done...

I did swim for 45 min... didn't do any running.  Tommorow I'll get back to running.

Lets go folks!  Join me!  We all going to get those six pack abs.

Two miles on the treadmill.

1 mile on the track..

And my 100 situps, push ups,  squats.

I'm at work tonight so I won't have a chance to go run.. bummer...

I'll start up my other workout agian too.  Basically I just add swimmers and planks and superman's.

Sorrie I've been MIA for 3 days, I was vacating!

Anyways I did still do my 100's for those 3 days.

But no running or nothing!  Kinda hard to run I guess when I'm vacating.

Anyways... today I jumped on the pullup bar and was able to do 5... wow, I was shocked.

Man...  darn work, couldn't go run..  but still did my 100's last night.   And like 10 pull ups. .

Today I did 6.5 miles..  will finish up my 100s and plank challenge later.  Right now I'm thinking about going to swim.  Or should I say, try not to drown
