Looking for the name of an old kung fu movie

I'm looking for an old kung fu movie starring Meng Fei and Dorian Tan.  In the mid-90s, ST Universal Video had dubbed this in the Hmong language. 

Meng Fei starred as Fong Sai Yuk while Dorian Tan starred as Kao Lee.  I've googled and have not had much success because I couldn't find it listed.  There are few films where they both starred together but cannot find this specific film.
