I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.

Forget talking to other hmong folks

I was visiting my cousin one year in California and happened to come upon some Hmong people at a grocery store and just smile and said hi to them. They gave me this weird look and did not smile or say anything back to me.
They might not be Hmong... All Asian tend to look alike  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

Whenever the person behind the counter stares at you and doesn't say hi or smile.


Make sure you do this technique to get some words come out of that person's mouth
