That's how it is where you live I guess..
I know in North Carolina in smaller towns..
What they say is what they say..
If they said 75 bucks... it's 75 bucks..
For instance, there's a tire place I buy my tires there... they quote me the price.. and that's it..
They'll say it's 55 dollars a tire... so 4 tires is 220.. and so when I get the bill.. it's 220 bucks plus tax.. maybe they already build the labor into it?! I don't know..
But when I was in Florida a big city, I bought some tires, they quoted me the tires.. but after I got bill... it was the price of the tires, the labor was separate, they charged a disposal fee too.. Cheezez..
