what major financial investments have you recently made....?

whole life insurance in addition to what my work place pays out which is twice my salary... the cash value payout combined with my pension and 403b retirement... i'm set... that's if i don't die before i can reap the benefits... lol! you?

Corporate life and death insurance is always A+ O0  $15 a paycheck for $250k is a dream. If your company offer such plans, everyone needs to get it.

Careful if you have a spouse, one day you might find yourself on the road and suddenly your brakes doesn't work.  ;D

congrats... it gets you to-and-from work reliably which allows you to make money... so even though it isn't a direct investment... i'd like to think of a car as an investment...

financial plan to paid off all my debt by summer time except the house, just invest in bitcoin crypto currency, buying some more dividend stocks, 2018 looking good.

Buying that particular car isn't an investment,  it's a liability.

Buy more kcap n make me rich.  A little over 12% dividend isn't too shabby at $3 a share is affordable.

Before a car, your net worth is poverty.  With a car, you can now drive yourself to your place of employment so now your are out of the poverty level.   Now what?

Insurance is not really an investment because your kids get it and not you.

I bought a stock that everybody is dumping because they hate the company so much for losing significant market share while they were pivoting to digital healthcare.  The company has 700M cash on hand, no debt and they are valued at 1B.  Interesting the business is only valued at 300M when they have free cash flow of 40M+.  So basically the business is valued at cash on hand + FCF x ~10.  LOL...

Just incase the market collapses, I sold off all my large cap mutual funds and bought some International securities and more stable funds that include products like pharmaceutical s, Coke and aluminum, etc. 

Edit: Sold off my real estate funds too.  I don't like interest rates going up.

why you wait sooo long to get a life insurance
Its almost like those OG hmong people in their 60s
About to die
And just realized they need life insurance for their kids
By than it’s probably $500-1000 per month

Like the WISEMON says
Life insurance is not a investment cuzzz u be dead
Some let you take the cash value out
But why????
Its for your kids
