Defensive Passing Interference

NFL discussing 15-yard limit for defensive pass interference calls.

I like this idea. This way when a bad interference call is made by the refs it doesn’t change the outcome of the game like we have seen.

I think the amount of yard penalized should be based on the severity of the interference like some other fouls in football and pro-sport in general...

And they still can put up tons of points.

You know how these rules change can help a sport bettors?

I remembered a time when the NBA had a slight rule change.  I took the under and be cashing.  It is either the pro players on protest or something cuz they stopped scoring.  Then after a long while,Vegas adjusted their lines n everything seems normal again.

I'd say to keep it as is but take away the automatic first down. 

No bad idea.  In a 4th and bomb play, I'll clip the guy on purpose at the 1 and turn over on down. 

We shall see what they will decide and my money will be ready.

it should stay as it is...as it puts fairness into play.  15 yards is nothing, when you have 100 yards to go, with time running out and defensive player(s) fouls on purpose.

I'd say the spot of the foul in the 2 minute warning zone otherwise 15 yards. 

I can see how strategy goes into play to whichever the rule bends. 

Like the NBA.  If you up by 3 with hardly any time left and the other team has the ball and you are in the bonus, you foul.  In this way, they will shoot 2 instead a three to tie.  You get possession back n 100% they will foul. 

It is this fouling game without penalties that takes away the excitement of the game.  I want to see them bang a 3 to tie n go into overtime. 

How about that failed attempt to foul the worst free throw shooter just to get a chance to come back from behind?  A shooting foul with brick 2 free throws is like a turn over.  Get 10 in a row with 0 point and tell me how the other team can not win.
