I’m going to buy a “temporary” home in Hawaii when I retired then I’m going to fly all over Asia. I will sell my home in HI and buy a home in Florida. I will then fly all over Europe. Afterward, will come back to enjoy the beautiful weathers of the Bay Area. All these will happen because I went to college. Make sense now or just too confusing for you?
