Why not buy a ETF in healthcare like ticker:VHT
As you can see from VHT
It only goes up in the long time

90-95% your wealth and income should be in a 3 portfolios fund

1. 60% total us market index
2. 30% total world market index
3. 10% total bond index

As you get older , increase your bond from 10% to 50%

That 5-10% of your wealth/income is gambling money
Can use that to buy individual stock/ETF/comm etc..

You can’t lose cause it only goes up in the long run
