I always lose a ton of hair in the shower.  It's really my shampoo.
I'm looking for sulfate-free shampoos.

What kind do you use?

Go to TJ Maxx or Marshall and look for shampoo w/ gentle ingredients.  There's tons to choose from.  I've used the Garden Gate brands, Kiss My Face brands (very good) - you can find them in Woodsman.

I'm out and need to get some.  I love the Kiss My Face Brand - cleans well and does not strip away your natural hair oils, makes hair shiny, and smooth - not sure about hair loss and gentle, no harsh chemicals.

Hi, Famcee, this is LadyLionness.

For hair loss, lots of people have good results with Melaleuca Herbal Shampoo.  I have always used it, so I don’t know if it works or not.  My kids don’t like this one and use Organix coconut from Walmart/ Target.  They say it stops their hair from falling out.

Another brand I like is Shea Moisture.
