Supreme Court Favors Baker In Refusal To Same Sex
« on: June 04, 2018, 07:06:54 PM »
How do someone decide religious freedom (freedom of speech) vs. discrimination?  Freedom of speech or is this a case of discrimination?  Where do freedom of speech ends and discrimination start?  The supreme court ruled 7-2 in favor of freedom of speech over discrimination .

What if I only did that to black or Hispanic people?  Would that be appropriate?

You don't have that right when your service is being provided to the open public.

Reserve the right means by owner's discretion.

I told yall a story about my case against McDonald.  Going through the drive through, over the intercom, the staff says no service for you.  I thought they ran out of food cuz this was like after clubbing hours.  Upon leaving, my MN, the lawsuit trigger happy guy would take out his Fon to record live at the window.  Guess what? They took orders from the car behind us.  We dresses like clubbers so what's the problem?  The manager biatch shows up to tell us to leave.  When we refuses, they called the cops.  No problem here, we stayed for the cops.

Guess what the cop says?  They have the rights to refuses services to anyone.

Cops also be like, were you two drinking?  I was driving so I told my cuz to get back in the car since I don't want a DUI dwi.  Had we we're not drinking, It'll be a case my lawyer would like to tackle.

No shirt, no shoes, no service. I've seen it too.

service to anyone?
Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class.

Actually, I'm pointing at your condradiction that you posted above. ^

You claimed that they have the right to refuse service to anyone, then stated "unless the business is discriminating against a protected class." Well, Miyagi, those people thats protected are considered as "anyone".

So point proven.

So if gay is a protective class then how come the supreme Court finds favor in the cake Baker?

Unless, yeah you know it, your Kung Fu is off somewhere.   :2funny:

i'm also in favor of this ruling...the baker is operating a personal business and have the right to refuse service to anyone...but i also do hope that his business falls off the cake stand (like those failed videos at wedding ceremonies) for being discriminative .

This is a good example of what happens when you just read the title and not the entire article and /or don't understand it but claim that they do. The reason is because the current ruling ruled that the previous panel discriminate him.
Unless, yeah you know it, your Kung Fu is off somewhere.   :2funny:
Constantly saying my kung fu is weak won't change the fact that your actions are constantly showing you getting defeated by my kung fu. Here's another one,  ready? Since when did a Christian not considered as "anyone"

Here's a quote that suits you since you are constantly getting defeated by my weak kung fu.

"Truth will always be truth, regardless of lack of understanding, disbelief or ignorance. "

So the previous panel discriminated him so he should of won the first time around so what's the problem?
