Yep, it's the right thing to do..

Brings back memories of my P.O. days...and speaking of convenient store and lottery, I found some money because the store owner accidentally dropped it in the drop box and returned it. He couldn't give me money so he gave some scratchers ..to say thank you.... ;D O0

Plus other people will now stop by that pit stop store to buy their luck plus buy stuff there.

Patel's store is already getting at least 100K for hosting the winning ticket. That with more publicity, he's made history.
