You tell us what it suppose to mean or shall I say, what the original law makers wanted it mean.

I shall contrast and compare it with the Christian whom you think that don't know.

Easy question. Do you know what it means or not? From your comments,  it doesn't seem like you know.

I already told you.  It doesn't matter what I think since I don't know the law Maker's intentions when they made that law.

If you know, feel free to share so we can compare what you think it means against what it suppose to mean against the many Christians that you think you know that represent what you think they mean.

Go ahead and educate us to what you think it should means.

It means that you have the right to practice what ever religion or  lack of as long as your actions do not interfere with peace and good order.

Since refusing service to anyone because of your religion, you are interfering with peace and good order. That is when the government can step in.

There you go.  Change your menu to fries and yogurt for gays.

It is not discrimination when what we sell, you have no use for.

So was the cake place selling people or sexual service?

The forefathers disagree with you.  They did not made that law just so you can practice whatever religion you may please.  It was created to prevent a certain religion to go into politics, one that may suppress all other religions.  Like if the Catholics holds political power, they fear that such person is a puppet to the pope.

Plus the government Respect one to have a belief but practice still being regulated by the government.  If my belief is Satanism, it doesn't mean I can go out and suck your blood in peace.

Try Again

Don't matter what they sell.  Laws are not the same in different states.

I think you should be more concern about people who sees freedom of religion and ignore the atheist stance of freedom from religion.  If you read up further, looks like the dog man is opposing it.

So. Do know it, you won't accept it because it also effects your religious beliefs and not just other different religious beliefs.  So try again with your "I'm not serving gays because it's against my religion " defense.

I don't think I made a stance or did I?  All I did was showing you that you do not know the many Christians whom you think you know of them and their stance.

Let me give you an example.

Let's say you are the owner of a cake shop.  My son shot your son in the face and went to jail for 5 years.  Now he is out and I wanted you to sell me a cake to celebrate his releasing.

According to you, you must sell me that cake?

Better learn from somebody.

What does that gave religion?

Now that you have shown that you won't accept it because it effect your religious beliefs,  you're changing your stance now.

I'm showing you why the cake case from Bakersfield was won in favor of the cake owner.

It is against his religion to sell to gay a cake that will be used for a gay event.

He will sell but Don't use it to provoke his religion is the stance.

A cake is not just a good.  It is the artistic value to it that is at play here.

The court rule so shush it.
