The St. Paul Police Department says the shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. at the Hmong Freedom Festival in Como Regional Park

So much problems happening in the Hmong community nowadays and the world too of course.  Fans throwing things at artist at YDR, Paradise and Destiny having buutt hurt issues at their own collaborated concert I'm sure this is the first and last time these two bands working together.  Then you got this shooting, just find the shooter and hang him.  Who is the parents of this low life?  Hmong community is tight they will get him.

mind you, these are not kids, they're young adults making poor life choices.  I was young and dumb once, i didn't blame my parents for the mishaps in my life.

it is an unfortunate incident, too bad, a young life was taken.  it may sound heartless, but glad it happened to their own kind (thugs) and not innocent bystanders.

They will find the fawker.  With cameras and citizens camera Fon, it will not be too hard to find the fawker and prosecute that person.

I was shot at before.  Didn't hit me but hit my cousin since I pulled him down in top of me.  Dude got a plea bargain and did only 7 years.  My cousin was pissed.  Murder 1 case?  Good luck with that
