Arizona Cardinals: Josh Rosen - Cards like them injury prone guy.  9 mistakes ahead of him!
Los Angeles Rams: Jared Goff - Good
San Francisco 49ers: Jimmy Garoppolo - Jury still out.  Good, but how good? We'll see.
Seattle Seahawks: Russell Wilson - Great. Team on the other hand, ugh.

NFC EAST
Dallas Cowboys: Dak Prescott - Sophomore Slump or just a one hit wonder?
New York Giants: Eli Manning  - Getting ready to Retire.
Philadelphia Eagles: Carson Wentz  - Good
Washington Redskins: Alex Smith - Great QB.  Just doesn't do long passes too often.
