France and Croatia

I think France will take it this year.  But on the other hand, that's what I thought about England and Croatia too.

Croatia does not have a big name in world soccer like France, but it has a lot of underrated talent.  Croatia is also a team of destiny.   O0

The Dark horse team for sure. They do have Luka, he's a very good player in Real Madrid, spanish league. He plays along great players.

With the exception of only a few games, there were no blow outs.  The majority of the games (90%) could have gone either way with many decided by penalty kicks.  Even the weaker teams like Japan went far.  France is a strong team and one of the favorites this year, but Croatia can hold its own.  It will come down to who makes the least mistakes.  Croatia over France 3-1.

France ranked 1.  Croatia ranked 2.

1 over 2 until proven otherwise

it's like pro wrestling
the winner has been pre determine

https://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/01/sports/soccer/fixed-matches-cast-shadow-over-world-cup.html

JOHANNESBURG — A soccer referee named Ibrahim Chaibou walked into a bank in a small South African city carrying a bag filled with as much as $100,000 in $100 bills, according to another referee traveling with him. The deposit was so large that a bank employee gave Mr. Chaibou a gift of commemorative coins bearing the likeness of Nelson Mandela.
