When our FastTrak flex is flipped to 3, we can pretty much get on any express lane and no toll...

i didn't know they have that selection on the fast trak...lol! does the cost increase w/ the # of people?

The more passengers, the lesser the tolls on those express ways..

...they hope this can motivate single drivers to carry more passengers, and thus, less traffic congestion...
