nice and beautiful day ...what's considered the "poor" side of SF? Oakland?  :P

my traveling homie/coworker/friend is from there as well and based on conversations w/ her I always thought Oakland was considered the poor side of the gay area  :P ...she said she never knew there's such thing as Hmong people until she met me...she must be those suav living under a rock  :P

Not sure about it now but back in the 70's, the areas around the Hunter's Point Naval shipyard was considered one of the poor or bad areas in SF due to the toxic contamination there...
