These training workshops are not about teaching how to respect each other. It is designed for the sole purpose of controlling language. One minor misstep (like using the wrong gender pronoun) and next thing you know, you are losing your job, your reputation, and now you're blacklisted. You're also probably receiving death threats.

Now a group of people is trying to change that cuz women also working in such fields.

James Damore was fired from Google because SJWs in the workplace perceived his email as misogynistic. The irony is that Damore's email was actually supporting the workshop on gender equality. Unfortunately, Damore made the mistake of citing scientific studies and FACTS to support his suggestions on how to improve gender equality in the workplace. Someone should've warned Damore that SJWs are highly allergic to FACTS and studies - even those conducted by their own leftist universities.

SJWs are only concerned about spreading outrage culture.
