The California Homelessness Problem is because...

...too many mean rich people won't give a home to a homeless. Once the homeless person has housing, that person can start being productive. It's condescending to assume that the homeless person has a mental disorder.

The homeless problem is a bad dominoes effect. 

You are dirty, smelly and no clean clothing, how you gonna find a job? 

On the application, it says address and phone number, you leave it blank so how are they going to contact you?

So it then becomes a problem within another problem.  The Domino continues to fall till you are lost.

I passed by some "tent" city driving through CA and no people were not camping.  Tent city under bridges, side of roads, etc..

if drove through downtown LA...you would be horrid of all the tents set up on the side walk...it looks 3rd world country!

If it was not for the smell, I'll try tent City myself. 

Not cuz I can't afford the standard if living but the thought of camping in the city excites me.  Like everything is normal on the outside but Homeless on the Inside and when I die, they find a billion dollars under my tent.
