Yes 3 more to go... and #3..is flexible, you can specialized in something as long as it helps the clan/others   Ex:  HmongRock in chopping meat..that's a valuable asset.

I think every culture wants the same thing as these stipulation and step #1 is critical because the elders want to encourage marriage...and when you get marry, have kids, you starts to have responsibility and responsibility makes a man into a leader and so on and on and on....
