Anyone doing house projects this year?

I love a sunroom, but I think finishing the basement sounds great.

I want to fence our yard. Been living here 6 yrs, but we still haven't the full yard yet. We waited until the other homes were built 1st, so that we had little to pay for. 😂

Decided I'm going to finish the basement.  Since the sunroom is not a DIY job.  Been learning a lot on YouTube.

Thinking about that too... but I don't like where they pre-installed plumbing for a potential bathroom.
