Making pot stickers from scratch

Start by grabbing some fresh leek flower leaves, chop it finely and mix it with the meat and other ingredients and herbs and then go from there... O0:

good stuff...see people buy the premade wraps at the asian stores..one of the lady said she boil them instead to make it into a soup.

Yep, like instant pho noodles/ramen, these come pre-made as well for convenient. Obviously not as good as freshly made IMO but can't beat the convenience.
