this past weekend i ate more than i should have... registered a whopping 170 lbs... today i'm 164 pounds... 3 days of straight exercise after work... no more than 40 minutes each day and fasting after 3 pm... i really do hate the weekends... my eating habits get all whacked... lol!

I dont have a diet, I just eat less!! shrinking my stomach size helps. U can do it...ive lost 40 pounds within the year, walking and cuting down on food portion size.😎

my problem is that when i DON"T step onto the scale... i have a really hard time controlling my food portions... then a couple of days pass and i weigh myself and i'm like, "damn you that heavy...?"

I go to the gym 2-3hrs 5 times a week.
