How do you deal with employees or co-workers who cry when things turn sour or when they're stressed?

Depends on the reason(s) why things turn "sour" or "stressed"...

I'm a introvert. So when coworkers whine, fuss, and complains about work I just look at them and smile. In all honesty I just don't care about their problems.

Try to listen and comfort, understand them.  That is all you can do when they are crying in front of you.
