Both Tshen and Foxx do not deny that there was an exchange between them regarding Jussie Smollett's case.

The problem didn't start because of Conservatives or even Trump supporters.

The problem started when Jussie Smollett did an interview with ABC New's Robin Roberts and the LEFT-leaning mainstream media and politicians POLITICIZED the alleged attack.

Cory Booker called it a modern-day lynching and used it to back up his presidential platform on fighting hate crimes. Booker still seems to think "hate crimes" is a one-way street. Conservative blacks, like Candace Owens, who get stopped, harassed, and shoved by white liberals are not experiencing a hate crime.

Since the media decided to use the attack to further divide the country, JUSSIE SMOLLETT charges must go to trial!
