I largely blame the ridiculous notions Hmong people have about life that can often be found in storytelling. This influences poor life decisions and lead to poor breeding.

I know you and some other PHers like to toot your own horn because you're all edumacated, low-ranking lawyers and all, but the general Hmong population is not doing so well. This is not a criticism but a wake up call that despite all your victimology beliefs that the white man is out to get you, a lot of Hmong are doing bad because of the Hmong.

Maybe instead of exploiting the Hmong so that you can claim a reserved seat next to whatever newly-elected Democrat governor in your state of Minnesota, you should address real issues that are keeping the Hmong down, such as:

1. early marriages
2. having too many kids by the age of 25
3. lack of wealth cycle
4. break down of marriages
5. non-selective breeding
6. so much more...

The test is bias and useless.  Western people do well, and those who are introduced to similar concepts do well.  Look at me...My IQ doesn't make me smarter and doesn't make me hungrier to succeed.  I DO...not the IQ.

The groups that have the highest IQs are Jews, Northern Chinese, and East Indians.

Whether you like these IQ tests or not, the point is that overall Hmong people are still living at poverty level. Looking at IQ scores can provide insight as to why the Hmong tend to underperform as a group because it tests problem solving skills.
