I think no one goes into a marriage w/ divorce in mind but wish them the best.  Their love story is interesting :-X

I'm neutral when it comes to having monarchy.  For me, whatever works for the greater good of the whole country.  In Thailand, it seems the monarchy is still much revered so that means they still hold some sort of power (from the people) and therefore serve as check n balance of power, i'm guessing.  But, as to the effectiveness of this new king, we'll see.  I understand the previous monarch was much loved and contributed much to the country.
