During my youth, I see more Hmong people doing this but not as much anymore

Brought my daughter to this kiddie park earlier today and noticed some people playing volleyball. That brought back some memories of the 80s and 90s where it was common to see Hmong peeps participating in the same activity. Don't see it much anymore if any... ???:
