One of my favorite fruits.  O0

I remembered back in the Thai refugee camp, my mom would cut one up to share with the whole family and I've always picked the center/seed so I can scrape every last bit of the pulp/flesh... ;D

The Del-Destino jar I bought from Costco was too soft...I like it a bit more crispy like these ones from Asia  O0:

Now my family and I can afford to eat as many as we want.. O0 ..But not as fresh  :-\.

Gotta say, the best mango I've ever eaten thus far is the one I had in Tahiti... 8)
