Yup!  Some of my old posts were lame and some were insightful (ha!).  Looking back at old posts... I think it's important to understand that we are always growing and modifying and fine tuning... a person that makes no changes or progress to becoming a better person and always stays the same is a true loser!  I'm always growing.  And, I have no problem with admitting that I said some stuff that no longer makes sense or said things that I no longer agree with.  But for the most part, I feel that I was always trying to be a good person from when I was younger to now.  We all had lots of growing up to do when we were younger.  It's fun to look back at our younger selves and laugh at ourselves and learn from past mistakes.  I enjoyed the PH ride and just the journey of life in general!  It's been a roller coaster ride but it's been fun!

Good for you!  I'll bet it's less stress... you're teaching at a much more carefree and relaxed pace.  But man, if I were you, I'd just take the summer off.  Nine months of endless bustling craziness with a classroom full of hormones would have been enough for me.  But that's why you're the teacher and I'm not, I guess.  You guys have an endless supply of energy and patience!  Thank you for being a teacher, Flint-rod!  I appreciate teachers and all that you guys do for our children very much!

@ lilly, i agree... with age comes wisdom... not always the case but at least with me... i used to create multiple usernames just to talk smack about others on here... as i aged, it became too cumbersome to create a new nick just to talk smack... then i stopped... lol!

  LOL!  But, oh, lordy, how many usernames did you have, huh?    Yeah, as we age we grow up from the need to create multiple usernames.     Btw, I've only just had the one username.  For reals.  No lie.

Yep I remember that. It was easy to figure who you were because you always chose a name that had some sort of rock association.
