I see this all the time, og's and youngsters.... ..people taking to much and can't finish.  just toss it away.  I know, I know.  as you stated "don't worry, there's plenty of food."  but, damn.  take what you can eat.  go back for more, (when your plate is empty) if you need to.

the secret is to not eat anything the day before
at least, that's how i do it

Actually we did have 2 whole roasted pork and my brothers and the guys went to butcher cows as well and we had a beef dish. It's just that I was so bz running around, I didn't get all of that.

oh and we also had boiled chicken as well....

didn't see any cows
but oh well...

hmong folks started to be rich now
so they mainly eating cow
