There's restriction on age and men starts to look at girls 14 or over differently. 

That applies to some men but also applies to some women too and here's an example:

Teacher jailed for 20 years after having sex with 13-year-old boy

She cannot be released early for good behaviour and must serve the entire two-decade term behind bars

Money melts all the restrictions there. That's what I mean.

I don't approve of exploitation regardless of age and/or gender but...

I heard the exploitation goes both ways over there and other third world countries...So me old men and women exploit young girls and boys due to their desperation and some young people exploit the old due to their loneliness...

Even in America, there's been cases of exploitation due to similar situations.
