So police was questioning this black guy and he asked for a lawyer but because he says "a lawyer, dawg" they construed it to mean he said he wanted "a lawyer dog" so they used his line against him and the court ruled in the Police's favor.  Guess which state this happened in?  Yup, one of them southern states again.

I think its more of a language barrier.  Just think, if a judge decided Hmong people can't have lawyers because cops said they didn't ask for one in proper english.
