I like that they were gloves here.
In Chicago, they don't even wear gloves at all. 
You can stand there and watch them cut up the greasy duck with greasy hands like a pro.!

Thanks! Will let my husband know. Maybe we can check it out after dropping off our daughter at the airport. Her visa got approved so she can finally go study abroad in Spain for her 3rd year of college.

Cool, I still like the Beijing Duck House in Cupertino more but that place also cost more. I ate there a few months ago and it cost $60 per duck vs. the Beijing Brothers' $38 Peking duck in Texas.
