Mt. Tamalpais temps can fluctuate 30 degrees or more at the summit because it's above the marin layer...

The layer is thick today and driving through it felt like rain but once on top, the view is pretty nice on this Friday  O0:

This girl and the two guys on top are pretty dedicated:

Can't see Stinson's Beach on the other side either due to the marin layer:

It's an honor system so gotta do the right thing  O0:

I have company, it was looking for food  ;D:

Watch out for these guys:

Pretty clean restrooms for a park  8):

Nice day to do some hiking and the view is just icing on the cake  O0:

Nice! Still haven’t done the hike yet. Im starting to hate driving in SF/Bay Area. I really don’t want to go there unless needed.

We always have our kids with us so unfortunately they hate walking more than 15 min. Their last walk was the Bay Bridge. SF bridge was windy so we stop 1/4 and head back.

Perhaps one day, you should just leave the kids home and go and start checking off your bucket list... ??? O0

It's hotter up there past the marin layer but yeah still not as hot as the inland areas like Livermore or worst, the Central Valley.

Agree, the view was "spectacular"... 8)

The marin layer was pretty thick that day though...but then again, sitting on above the clouds has it's own soothing feeling..

It may be subjective but I find it "very nice" too after being up there a few times...
Nice! I’ve been wanting to try this hike! Thanks for sharing

You're welcome! Just do it! O0

I also enjoy others' photos too when they share..Even if I've been there, I still like to see their experience from their perspective most the part.
