The cat looks exactly like one that has been reported missing. The picture on the missing report shows a sitting cat, but that doesn't change anything.

I called the owner twice. But no one picked up my calls.

So, I took it over to the Animal Humane Society. A lady there said "Oh, it's a different cat. It has longer hair than the one in the picture. We'll take it."

I tried turning in a dog once.  It was a cute little mixed chihuahua.  They asked if I fed it.  I said, yes.  They asked how I got this old used dog carrier for it.  I said, I bought it at the fleamart, $15.  They asked how long I've had the dog.  I said, it kept coming around my neighborhood so I fed it a couple of times and it decided to stay so I brought it in.  Then, they wanted to charge me to take the dog in.  I was like, WTF?

i read an article
on why some animal gave mulitple birth

apparently, this is a survival thing
that mother nature has done for the species

to insure, that some of the babie would survive from not being EATEN and etc...
live long enough to reproduce
great strength and chances in number

Hmong OG's have the mentality too. You have many children, one or two might be successful.  The ones who grew up here in the US don't have it because they've never had to face hardship like that.

You are wrong.

Animals give births to many babies because they have no sense of birth and population controls. They just keep having sex when they feel like it. They don't think of the future or what population control or even what responsibiliti es are.

Maybe that's because you have kept it for a while. At least, you said that to them.

Mine, I just said I found it. They asked where. I gave them the city area. They asked for specific street. I gave the intersection near where I had found it. They said they just wanted to make sure it was found in the city limits of their jurisdiction.

It was within city limits.

It had been coming to my place. It had been tearing up the trash bags in our bin.  I set a live trap and put some rotisserie chicken in it. Within an hour after dark, I began hearing sounds from the cage.

The next day I took it out to the control center.

I did give it the rest of the rotisserie chicken before I took it out. Water in a plate also. But that was just to keep it alive.

Im talking about numbers of babies at one pregnancy
Cats and dog can have up to 10 babies during one pregnancy
Fishes lay hundreds of fish egg

Human just one, twins maybe beyond that
The numbers are even lower

Yup, I told them I fed it.  That's all they needed to claim, I took it in and therefore, it was my dog now and I had to pay so I took it home, then called the center again and complained to the boss who said, to bring it back.  When I went back the second time, this lady came out the back and said "OH, I think I know who he belongs to" and they took her.  Apparently, someone reported a missing dog that looked just like the one I was turning in.

They have records of missing animals because the owners want them to keep an eye on those that get sent there.

Yeah. You have to get to the right people some times.
