Well since hmgROCK loves my photo threads so much especially when it involves food, here's another one ;D ;)...

Walked pass Fortuna in Chinatown Oakland many times over the years but never enter so figured why not??  ???  ;D ..3/5 stars is what I rate them when factoring in the price, service and food quality:
